How much of my time is this going to take?

The setting up is on us. After that, requests go out when you add a customer or a set time after the job, Autopilot answers new Google reviews inside your working hours, and articles arrive as drafts. What's left is stamping a card at the till. Autopilot is a switch, not a requirement.

What does it cost?

It depends which of the three you take and how much of it you want us to run. We'd rather look at your listing and quote properly than put a number on a web page that turns out wrong for your shop. Half an hour on the phone and you'll have a figure.

Question 3

What happens when I get a bad review?

Accepted Answer

It shows, the same as it would anywhere. You'll have a reply drafted in your voice waiting, and you can set Autopilot to leave anything under four stars for you. Your review link also carries a private feedback button: that message comes to you and is never published.

Question 4

Which review sites do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor and Facebook. Google updates every hour, the other three daily. Google is the only one we can reply to for you, so it's the only one Autopilot handles. For the rest we write the reply and take you to the review to paste it in. We don't cover Yelp or Checkatrade.

Question 5

I already have a website. Do I have to move it?

Accepted Answer

No. Reviews go on the site you already have: a wall, carousel, badge or floating bubble, pasted in with one line of code. If your blog is on WordPress, articles publish straight into it. If you want us to build a site, nothing changes at your current address until you point the domain at it.

Question 6

Is the loyalty card an extra?

It's in the packages that have it, and it isn't sold on its own, so say up front if you want it. There's nothing else to buy and nothing to install: the card goes into the wallet app already on your customer's phone, and your staff stamp it from a phone or tablet you own.
