Which review sites do you cover?

Four: Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor and Facebook. New Google reviews reach you every hour; the other three we pick up daily. Everything lands in one place, so you stop doing the rounds of four websites to find out what's been said about you.

Replies are where the four differ, and it's worth being straight about it. Google is the only site that lets us post a reply on your behalf, so it's the only one Autopilot handles. For the other three we still write the reply in your voice — we just can't press the button. We take you to the review and you paste it in.

What covered means day to day

A review arrives on any of the four and you hear about it without going looking. A drafted reply is waiting. On Google, Autopilot can post it inside your working hours, for reviews above whatever star rating you set — anything under that stays for your own eyes. On the rest, posting is a paste: the words are done, the visit to the site is yours, and it takes a minute.

The good ones travel further, too. Five-star reviews can become branded posts for your social pages, so the best things customers say get seen beyond the page they were left on.

The ones we don't do

We don't cover Yelp or Checkatrade. If one of those is where your trade lives, say so on the call and we'll tell you honestly whether the four we do cover are worth it for you. For most local businesses, Google is where the searching happens — which is why it gets the hourly checks and the only hands-off replies.

One more edge worth naming: hourly and daily are how often we fetch, not a promise about when a site chooses to publish a review. A review reaches us when it goes public, the same moment it reaches everyone else.
